1. Service Use
Our chauffeur services are available for personal and corporate transportation within India.

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.

The user must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

If the chauffeur fails to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange an alternate vehicle or provide a full refund.

7. Liability
Bangalore Chauffeur is not liable for any loss of personal belongings during the trip.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

8. Privacy Policy
Customer information will be used only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Amendments
Bangalore Chauffeur reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
